Supervision is Learning

Some of my greatest learnings have occurred through the supervisory relationship. The regular, protected time for in-depth reflection on clinical practice is at the heart of supervision. 

The work that you engage in, and all that it encompasses on a day to day basis, is at the heart of supervision. 

Supervision provides you with the opportunity to sit at the feet of your work (Zachary, 2002).
